Responsibilities:


  • Work with Business Unit stakeholders in the design, review, and update of the program/curricula for technical and non-technical training based on process requirements.
  • Develop training modules.
  • Prepare logistical requirements for certification, recertification, and qualification and cross-training activities and confirm attendance of target learners.
  • Facilitate certification, recertification, and qualification and cross-training activities.
  • Manage overall records of training.
  • Guide area owners in updating versatility matrix.
  • Administer training evaluation (training evaluation form, examination, actual performance assessment). 
  • Participate in continuous process improvement activities.
  • Conduct employee introductory training and onboarding.
  • Deploy awareness training to targeted workforce.
  • Coordinate and conduct process-related training (classroom training, e-learning and other computer-aided instructional technologies).
  • Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the technical training program from stakeholders’ inputs, employee performance and result of quality systems audit.
  • Perform other related duties as required
  • Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others.
  • Collaborates with site Manager for Learning and Development for business learning requirements of Seating Philippines employees
